Disclaimer
Soni API is a technical developer utility operated by Soniverse GmbH. It is not a warranty product, not a compliance certification, and not legal, security, or SEO advice.
No warranties
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party content
When you ask us to fetch a URL, we retrieve content from systems we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party website content, redirects, cookies or tracking on those sites, malware, phishing, copyright status, or the privacy practices of target operators. Results may differ from what a browser shows (for example when JavaScript rendering is required — not offered in v1). Link, SEO, and GEO checkers share this best-effort model; GEO scores are heuristic readiness signals, not ranking or citation predictions.
Your use of results
You alone decide how to use check results. Do not rely on them for legal, regulatory, safety-critical, medical, SEO ranking, citation, or similar decisions. See also the Terms of Use.
Technical limits
Outbound fetching is best-effort with timeouts, redirect limits, response-size limits, and SSRF-oriented URL safety checks.
GEO checks may perform a small number of additional same-origin probes (for example /llms.txt and /robots.txt) under tighter caps.
Residual risk remains for public internet targets (slow hosts, hostile content, misleading metadata, blocking, or changing responses).
Liability
Liability is limited as described in the Terms. Mandatory rights under German law (including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health) remain unaffected.
